Le plan du « Grand Jérusalem » (900 km2 dont 80% en Cisjordanie) fut entériné le 21 juin 1998 par le gouvernement israélien. Il vise à organiser et développer la colonisation à Jérusalem et sa région pour y imposer une souveraineté israélienne exclusive. Il englobe des centaines de villages ainsi que les agglomérations de Ramallah et Bethléem constituées en enclaves autonomes palestiniennes. The plan of the « Greater Jerusalem » (900 km2 which 80% in the West Bank) was approved on June 21, 1998 by the Israeli government. It aims to organize and develop the colonization in Jerusalem and its region to impose exclusive Israeli sovereignty on it. It includes hundreds of villages and the cities of Bethlehem and Ramallah incorporated as autonomous Palestinian enclaves.
